Sales Representative – Roofing, Siding and Windows

Patriot Exteriors LLC, a leading roofing company in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by promoting our services and building relationships with potential customers. This position requires a self-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to conduct roof inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cultivate new customers through various channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and communicate the value of our services.
• Inspect roofs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
• Attend meetings, training, and industry functions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Represent Patriot Exteriors LLC at industry events.

Qualifications:

• Must obtain a Michigan Builders Salesperson License.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable conducting roof inspections.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong computer skills.

Compensation: Commission-based salary: $60k-$120k/yr. earnings potential.

Additional Information:
